01 General Terms & Conditions

33bnw (referred to herein as the "Platform") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 33bnw. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand these Terms before using the Platform.

• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to 33bnw Support immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• The payment method registered to your account must be in your own name.

03 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the 33bnw Platform. Account registration and gameplay by minors is strictly prohibited.

As part of our security and legal compliance, 33bnw may request the following documents to verify your identity at any time:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Selfie or photo ID (if required)

04 Deposit Policy

Deposits on the 33bnw Platform can be made via popular mobile banking services available in Bangladesh. Our deposit process is simple, fast, and secure.

• The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account tier.

05 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirements and validity period.
• Multiple bonuses are generally not applicable at the same time.

07 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must place a specified amount in bets — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and the bonus is BDT 1,000, you must complete a total of BDT 20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Wagering requirements are stated separately for each bonus.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements.
• Live Casino games generally contribute at 50% toward wagering requirements.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bnw Platform. Any violation will result in permanent account suspension and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Manipulating or exploiting the system to gain bonus benefits
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Colluding with other players to manipulate or cheat the system
• Using a false identity or another person's payment account
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems

09 Account Closure & Suspension

33bnw reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• If evidence of financial manipulation or fraud is found
• If the player submits a self-exclusion request

You may also request to close your account at any time. In such cases, your balance will be returned to you following a verification review.

10 Responsible Gaming
